You have the option to order by credit card, Paypal, advance payment or invoice. 

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise or stated within the voucher information in the online shop, the voucher can be redeemed within the statutory limitation period. This period is three years and begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was purchased. The service must also be claimed within this period.

As a gesture of goodwill, the validity period is extended to 4 years from the date of purchase for all customers. 
To prevent oversight, a 1-year validity period is stated on the voucher. 

The voucher can be used for all offers and flights and can be transferred to other people during the entire validity period.

You fly in a group put together by us. The group consists of 3 to 5 people, depending on the location and helicopter type. Group flights take place on weekends, with appointment selection according to specifications or upon request; the scenic flight must be fully booked.

You fly with your own group. Free choice of date (365 days), short-term bookings are also possible (subject to availability). You have a free choice of route.

A trial flight in a helicopter offers you the unique opportunity to take the controls of a helicopter yourself under the professional guidance of an experienced flight instructor. You will experience the fascination of helicopter flying up close and fulfill your dream of being a pilot.

Procedure of a trial flight

Your trial flight begins with a theoretical introduction. Here, the pilot will explain the basic functions, controls, and important safety aspects. Then, you will enter the cockpit together, where you will be allowed to control the helicopter yourself under the guidance of the flight instructor. Depending on the booked offer, the pure flight time is between 20 and 60 minutes. Our recommendation is 40-50 minutes of flight time.

The glacier landing is made at a mountain landing site. At short notice, it is possible that a glacier landing cannot be carried out due to safety-related issues (wind, temperatures, weight, etc.). The pilot alone is responsible for this. Alternatively, a landing at a restaurant will be checked.
